This is a long list, and if you do decide to use it, be prepared.
You will probably need a couple of hours, maybe even three, to get
it all done. If you think it might be difficult to take your kids,
you might want to get a babysitter for that day! The list totaled
about $400.00 for me, but that is for a month's worth of groceries.
Also, it may have been more if I had purchased all of the spices
(thankfully, I already had many of them). Be sure to scratch off
the ingredients that don't apply to you (salt, pepper, other ingredients
you probably already have on hand).
